This site has gone live...well, sort of.

This is a brand new management company that is headed by Steve Karas, who was a spokesperson and vice president of publicity for Wind-up Records.

This management company houses We Are the Fallen, Hana Pestle, and some other really kickass bands, including Chevelle, Ours, and Hurt. Search for some of these bands on Myspace, you may like what you hear :)

It says that there's a company announcement next week.

Dude, the Gutter Twins (An Afghan Whig and a Screaming Tree) and Brooke Waggoner (friend of a friend, local singer/songwriter who would make an excellent pairing with Hana for a show). I think I approve.

That's what I thought. Them's in good company their.

Maybe the reason he left WU has some connection with the label losing their distribution deal with Sony. Maybe it could potentially be going under. I wonder what that means for the bands signed to it.

Or maybe he hasn't left at all. Is it possible he could be running this business on the side?

SKH is just their management. It's different from a label.

Here's some updated information/details on their management company from their website :

Steve Karas & Keith Hagan are pleased to announce the opening of their new company: SKH Music. Karas and Hagan have logged over 20 years each as respected PR executives in the recording industry. The mission statement of SKH is simple – Super-serve a reasonable number of clients with a creative forward-thinking strategy. The principals will always be directly involved in designing, and implementing the strategic initiatives of each publicity/marketing campaign, conducting the outreach and delivering. Upon opening, a respected roster is already taking shape with diverse clients that include We Are The Fallen, The Gutter Twins, Chevelle, Cruel Black Dove, Starsailor, Company Of Thieves, Locksley, Manraze, The Lost Fingers, Hana Pestle, Boyce Avenue, My Jerusalem and others.

Their twitter is reporting that there's a lot of news to report. No idea in what way it would relate to WATF, but they are simply saying to "watch this space".
